Peas are a purple flower spring pea, that provide high-protein forage. Best used in a mix with Spring Triticale, oats or barley. They provide high tonnage due to large leaves and excellent palatability. Makes excellent bales and grinds up well in the feed bunks reducing the amount of waste.
Austrian Winter Peas
Austrian Winter Pea is an annual, cool season legume. Peas produce excellent forage as they increase yield as well as boost forage quality. They work best when mixed with a cereal to support plant growth. Most commonly used as a plow down cover crop in organic systems.
