Bobcat

Bobcat is a high-yielding forage triticale that has reduced awns (almost non-existent beards) making it suitable for grazing, silage and green feed. Bobcats lodging resistance is excellent making it the ideal choice to grow under irrigation or on high fertile land.

Luoma

Luoma is a top selling Winter Triticale, boasting reduced awn expression (beardless) and high tonnage of plant matter. It an excellent choice for green feed or silage and does well grown on dry land. Luoma is also a good choice for use in a double cropping rotation, taking off as silage and following with a second crop (such as C4 Grass).

Metzger

Metzger is a reduced awn expression (beardless) standard height Winter Triticale intended for use as a feed grain, conserved forage or grazing. With low levels of ergot, and strong straw, Metzger is a good variety to be grown under irrigation. Metzger’s strong rye gene also makes it the best choice to be used in grazing mixes or for Spring/Summer pasture.
